Growing up as a transgender individual; My human experience pt.1

As I delve into these topics I am nervous as to how people will respond and react, especially since this is the first video where I put, "transgender" in the title. The world can be a really scary place and my stomach churns thinking about some of the hateful individuals out there. I think the only way for the world to be a better and more accepting place is to have important conversations and relate the various forms of the human experience to others in an attempt to bring awareness and understanding as well as empathy. I just ask that you please don't respond with hate or anger, tell me your perspective and we can have a conversation about it. You are completely free to believe whatever you'd like, but please respect me as a human being just how I will respect you as a human being.
