Revised cabinet not is yet to be submitted to cabinet and till the Revival plans comes in action, bsnl may face these type of situations every month. Its sister company mtnl which was established before bsnl, is also waiting for blessings of government of india for its Revival. Since 90% Revenue of the two ailing telcos goes into salary of huge staffs. Hence Govt has proposed VRS Plans for the 50+ aged staffs and then VRS for 58 years aged staff. Further performancene based incentive and private culture will be incorporated in bsnl and MTNL to compete with private telcos in this tough competition.
