1. Set Your Goals - the best thing you can do to double your productivity. I write down my short term and long term goals on the white board and keep checking them off as and when they are achieved. It keeps my mind clutter free and focused.
2. Following a routine or having a routine balances your mind, body and soul. Eating on time, waking up early and sleeping soon after sunset helps your body get into a cycle which leads to better health.
3. Reading - In today’s age, it can be hard to find the time to sit down and learn more. It’s not easy when the likes of social media can be so addictive and time-consuming - so you may think you don’t have the time to read a book or to develop yourself! 4. Exercise and Healthy Eating
This is the core of everything. If you do all other things but are a junk food person, you cant keep fit. I believe in , "what you eat is what you are," which is why i eat fruits , veggies , keep myself well hydrated and go to the Gym. All this helps me stay fit and not fall ill easily.
5. Eliminate negativity- Guys, a healthy mid leads to a healthy body. If the mind is occupied with negative thoughts, it will reflect on the outside. Mental health is as important as physical and to keep myself sane amidst all the hate/ negativity, i take resort in the people who love and encourage me, i believe in myself and that's all.
