SM Scholar-Graduate: Reina Joy Balacuit

Reina Joy Balacuit, one of the around 270 SM College scholar-graduates of Batch 2019, did not let poverty stop her from finishing her college education. She now holds a degree in Secondary Education, Major in Biological Sciences, cum laude, from Xavier University in Cagayan De Oro.
