here is my acoustic original, "living proof"

as someone who struggles with mental illness, i know how grim things can feel; sometimes it's hard to see your way out of the darkness.

this song is a testament to the power of holding on. i wrote this song to my younger self, (and all the other young souls in the world who are struggling) to tell the full circle story of how it does get better.

it won't always feel so heavy.
you are not alone.
i see you.
i believe in you.

it does indeed get better, loves.
i am living proof.
so hold on.
