LEG WORKOUT Machines Only! | Quad & Calf Focused Hey guys!

It's leg day! As you know (If not check out my workout split video) I split up my leg days with different muscle focus on each day and toooday is quad and calf focus day!

Now you will still target the other parts of your lower body too with some of these movements, but the idea was to choose exercises that do a great job at working the quads!.. and calves lol

Give it a go and lemme know whatcha think!

Outfit deets:
Leggings - Alphalete
Crop Jumper - Pretty Little thing
Shoes - Adidas ultra boost & Adidas powerlift 3.1
Knee sleeves - Idk my mama got them for me:)

WORKOUT:

1. Hack Squat
4 sets X 10 reps

2. Leg Press (Standard stance)
20-15-12-10X3

3. Leg Press (low and narrow)
3 sets X 20 reps

4. Leg Extensions
4 sets X 10 reps

5. Smith Machine Calf Raises
5 sets X 10 reps


If you don't have a hack squat machine you can just do barbell back squats, smith machine squats, or whatever you would like for a squat exercises.

If your leg press is different than mine, that is fine. Use whatever leg press your gym offers. My gym has different kinds and this one is by far my favorite.
