ITALIAN MOJITO - what's your favourite Mojito recipe? The Italian Mojito is named after the origin of the main ingredient, the Cocchi Americano aperitif. A less citrusty, less tart, sweet variant of the classic Mojito that exhibits a very subtle bitter note.

INGREDIENT
- 75mL Cocchi Americano (2½ oz)
- 30mL Fresh Lime Juice (1 oz)
- 15mL Simple Syrup (½ oz)
- Dash of Soda / Seltzer Water
- 6-10 Mint Leaves

METHOD
1. Add the mint leaves to your high ball glass
2. Gently press/muddle the mint leaves in the glass
3. Add the ingredients excluding the soda water
4. Add cubed ice and stir
5. Top with crushed ice before finishing with a dash of soda water
6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
