Improv comedy coach, actor, and comedian Willy Appelman plays "Coach Willy", an out of work actor with no other means of income. In every episode, Willy works with New York's top comedy performers to showcase valuable lessons of improv, comedy, and his increasingly unhinged life.

Every episode is Shot/Directed/Edited by George Gross. Shot with a BMPCC Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera, zoom h1n audio recorders, and edited on Adobe Premiere. Post production audio was mixed by Ken Meyer on Pro Tools.

Performers are associates of Willy and George through New York City's Improv Theaters and Schools like UCB (Upright Citizens Brigade), Magnet Theater, PIT (People's Improv Theater), as well as theater companies like Pipeline and Atlantic.
