Pupils from Wolverhampton schools gathered in Queen Square in the city centre to put on a special performance.
The ‘vocal workshop’ marked the culmination of a six-month project run by Wolverhampton Music Service, which has seen teachers learn songs to be then taught in schools.
Around 500 children took part from 19 primary and special schools across the city – and were kitted out in ponchos to keep them dry as the rain lashed down.
