06/23/2019 Go, Inquire of the Lord For Me [11 AM Sermon][East End church of Christ]

At the 10:00 AM Bible Study hour, we will be using the class book "An Overview of the Bible" by David Dann. We will be continuing our study of the 36th Book of the Old Testament, the Book of Zephaniah [Week 4].

At the 11:00 AM Assembled Worship Period, the sermon will be titled: Go, Inquire of the Lord For Me. This lesson will focus on the last righteous king of Judah: King Josiah, and his finding of the Book of the Law, and the events that followed. We encourage you to study along with us.

This is a live broadcast of our Sunday Bible Study and Assembled Worship Services. If you're living in, or travelling through the Toronto area, we welcome you to come and visit with the East End Church of Christ in person. Our meeting place is located at 3601 Victoria Park Ave., Suite 200, Toronto, Ontario Canada. The church assembles for Worship every Sunday at 11:00 am. The church here at East End, believes that we should only follow what the Bible teaches, and avoid all man-made doctrines. Therefore our worship services might look peculiar compared with many of the denominational worship services that you may be accustomed to seeing. Our worship service includes:

1. Singing without the aid of instruments of music (Ephesians 5:19)
2. Praying to the God the Father, in the name of Jesus Christ (I Thessalonians 5:17)
3. Eating of the Lord's Supper on the first day of the week (Acts 20:7, I Corinthians 11:23-33)
4. Giving of our Means on the first day of the week (I Corinthians 16:1-2)
5. Reading the Bible (Acts 17:11)
6. A Sermon from God's Word (Acts 20:7)
