Why you should stay off the scale to maximize your weight loss efforts. In this weeks video Im talking about a super common question amongst my clients. You may be following your diet program and being consistent in your training , but the scale is not moving. This can cause you to disappointed , stressed or like youre not doing something right.
This is sometimes far from the truth. If you are not seeing the scale drop there are several reasons why that can actually be a good thing. So many factors go into that number that shows up when we step on the scale, but the scale does not tell you any of them!
That being said , it is safe to say that weighing yourself is really providing you with no real information about how you are actually progressing. It can be very confusing , stressful and discouraging if you dont have an understanding of what other factors are contributing to that number that you are seeing .
Stepping on that scale too often can actually be hindering your progress!
