South Africa commits to transforming fishing sector

Substantive transformation in South Africa's fishing industry remains a challenge and requires a collective responsibility. The country's Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries ministry has presented its 2020 draft general policy. It comes as the country seeks to transform as well as strike a fair balance among those involved in the sector. CGTN's Travers Andrews reports.
