Economic collapse news. Larry Kudlow made a very interesting statement... "He does not think that rates will go up ever again, Maybe Never again in my lifetime". The question is why not isn't the economy doing great. This is like saying GDP growth is low because we don't have space to grow the economy is so strong. Either way housing is facing it's own troubles. Not only did the consumer confidence survey show Americans no longer believe housing values will increase anymore. This causes the economy to lose the wealth effect and low confidence leads to more carefully planned spending. Two things the economy cannot afford. We also see other potential soft spot in the fact that house flipping is back at a time when values are falling. it's like 2008 continued. last but not least the Producers price inflation index is rising fast. Producers Energy expenses have just risen the most M.O.M. in the history of the Feds survey.
